J.D. Power today released the 2020 China New Car Quality Study SM(IQS).The research focuses on the quality problems encountered by new car owners who have owned their cars for 2 to 6 months. The new car quality score is expressed as the average number of problems per 100 cars (PP100). The lower the score, the fewer problems and the better the quality.
China 2020 New Car Quality Research (IQS) is based on the real feedback of 32,536 car owners who bought cars between June 2019 and June 2020, covering 241 models of 57 brands.
Porsche (107 PP100) won the first place in new car quality in the luxury segment.Audi (116 P100) and Lexus (117 PP100) ranked second and third in new car quality in the luxury segment, respectively.

Guangqi Honda (115 PP100) ranks first in the new car quality in the mainstream car segment.Gac FicK Jeep(118 PP100) ranked second, while Beijing Hyundai and Chang 'an Ford (119 PP100) tied for third.Among the independent brands above the average level, GaC Trumpchi, Chang 'an Automobile and Chery are three.
